I bought two for a new house build and they initially looked great but unfortunately only after 15 months of use they both have pitted under the top cap. Have been cleaning them with bathroom cleaner but seems to be getting worse. Looks awful and would not use again.

Reply: We are sorry to hear of this experience. It is important to clean products with only clean soapy water and soft cloth. Chemicals can attack the finish, ruining the look. LeVivi Accessories are covered by a 10 year warranty, if cleaned according to instructions. Please contact your local branch to initiate the warranty process.
