Bought on behalf of a customer thinking it was a Tornado Toilet it’s definitely not. It has a ledge misleading.

Reply: Thank you for your feedback. The Cadet Ultra toilet has a Tornado flushing system which gives a great performance with each flush. The word Tornado refers to the style of flush as the motion of the water swirls around the bowl.

Don’t bother, firstly you have to pay more to get the larger pan connector. Secondly the flush is definitely not as advertised need to flush twice to get anything moving. My plumber told me this is not the original Tornado toilet unfortunately I’m stuck with it until I sell the place.

Reply: We are sorry to hear of your experience with this toilet. There are many mitigating factors with regards to your toilet's performance, e.g. adjusting waterflow from your cistern to the bowl. However, we will pass your feedback to the supplier.
