Nice to sit on a bit higher. The flushing is very poor , often having to flush twice. Just not enough water coming through with gusto. This is also after the plumber had adjusted it to max water capacity. Would not recommend and really not happy with this.

Reply: Thank you for the feedback. All LeVivi toilets have Watermark approval and are subjected to flush clearance testing. We suggest you take a video of your toilet flushing and contact your local Plumbing World so we can initiate a warranty investigation.

This would have to be one of the worst toilet suites I have used. Problems 1 pan was cracked . 2. Cistern lid not fitting correctly was replaced as was the pan. 3. Soft close seat support cushions at rear not touching pan. New seat supplied same problem. 3. Water rating is just a joke as two flushes are nearly always required. 4. Glassing is very poor allowing calcium deposits to form very quickly. 5. Seat lid has now cracked.

Reply: This is a very disappointing catalogue of issues you have experienced. We have sold the York Comfort toiiet suite for around 8 years now and this is not the usual feedback. All LeVivi toilets have Watermark approval which includes waste flush clearance testing.
